1. How do I obtain invitation / registration vouchers?

  • New users:
    • After registering with an invitation code and binding GitHub, you will receive a $2 voucher
    • After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an additional $1 voucher
  • Existing users:
    • When a new user registers through an invitation link or by entering an invitation code, and binds GitHub, the existing user will receive a $1 voucher
    • The invited user’s first 5 top-ups will also grant vouchers to the existing user at a certain percentage (subject to the campaign rules)

2. Why hasn’t the $2 voucher arrived after binding GitHub?

Please confirm:
  1. You have completed GitHub binding
  2. You entered an invitation code during registration (if you did not enter one during registration, you may not be able to receive it; you can contact customer support to have it reissued)
  3. Refresh the page or log in again to check
  4. How do I use vouchers?
Vouchers are used to offset billing charges incurred when your account calls models on a pay-as-you-go basis. They will be automatically applied for deduction within their validity period.

4. Why does the voucher show as 0 even though I clearly haven’t used it up?

There may be a system delay or display bug. Please provide your UUID and contact customer support for verification. There have been past cases where a bug caused abnormal display; the actual balance may still exist.

5. Are there discounts for individual developers?

Subscription package campaigns will be launched around the Spring Festival. Please follow the subscription package discount policies at that time.
