With the team feature, you can convert your personal account into a team account, or join an existing team to collaborate with others.
Please note that once you convert your personal account into a team account, you will not be able to downgrade back to a personal account.
In addition, you can:
- Invite other users to join your team and share team resources with them;
- Manage members’ permissions for team resources by assigning different roles;
- Analyze usage data for each team member.
Upgrade to a Team Account
By default, your account is a personal account. To convert your personal account into a team account, go to Team Settings, click the Upgrade to Team Account button, and follow the instructions to complete the upgrade.
Roles
A role is a set of permissions that defines what actions a member can perform within a team. There are 5 roles in a team:
Owner
Owner members have the same permissions as admin members. The owner is the member who created the team. This is a special role, and each team can have only one owner.
Admin
Admin members can edit any JieKou AI settings, make purchases, update billing, and manage memberships. They can also revoke access for other super admins.
Developer
Developer members can access full account resources, excluding member management and billing.
Basic User
Basic users can only access resources they personally created, and cannot view or manage resources created by other team members.
Finance Admin
Finance admins can manage all billing-related features, including processing payments, viewing invoices, and managing subscriptions.

Invite Members
Once you upgrade to a team account, you can invite other users to join your team by clicking the Invite Members button in Team Settings.
Please note:
- Currently, you can invite up to 50 members to join your team.
- Each member needs to be assigned a role to access team resources.
- The email address you enter will be used to send the invitation link to the member. Members can join the team after signing in to JieKou AI with a matching email address.
Manage Members
In Team Settings, you can manage team members or pending invitations.
Edit a Member Role
To edit a member’s role, click the settings icon on the right side of the member row, then click the Edit button and follow the instructions to change the role.
Please note that after the role is changed, the member needs to sign in to JieKou AI again for the new role to take effect.
Remove a Member
To remove an active member from the team, click the settings icon on the right side of the target member row, then click the Remove button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Remove to confirm the removal.
Cancel a Pending Invitation
To cancel a pending invitation, click the settings icon on the right side of the member row, then click the Cancel Invitation button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Confirm to confirm the cancellation.
Audit Logs
Audit logs provide detailed records of important resource operations performed within the team and can be used to track team member activities. Currently, only owner and admin members can view audit logs.
To view audit logs, go to Team Settings.
