1. Do you support issuing domestic invoices (special VAT invoices/general invoices)?

The platform currently primarily provides overseas services and can only provide invoices (pro forma invoices). We are unable to issue VAT invoices for mainland China. If you need reimbursement, please provide your company name and tax ID to apply for an invoice.
  • Go to【Top-up Records】and click Invoice - Download for the corresponding record.
  • After a top-up, Stripe will also automatically send an invoice and receipt to your email address.

2. How can I obtain the “Proof of Third-Party Technology in Use” required for WeChat Mini Program review?

You can provide a screenshot of the platform’s filing information, or visit https://beian.cac.gov.cn to check the platform’s filing status as supporting proof.

  • Enterprise WeChat/WeChat technical support group (recommended, fastest response)
  • Information to provide:
    • Issue description + screenshots
    • Account ID (UUID)
    • Trace ID (if available, usually found in the error message)
    • Request parameters (after desensitization)
